C.J. Colavito, Rep, General Manager of Integrated Project Teams, Standard Solar
Mr. Colavito began his career with Standard Solar in 2008 and has rapidly risen through the engineering ranks to now lead one of the company’s most innovative new departments. Currently GM of Integrated Project Teams, he leads the teams that oversee the success of each and every Standard Solar project with a focus on best practices, engineering, vendor qualification and new technology integration. Widely recognized for his technical expertise and passion for precision and detail, he is a coveted speaker at solar conferences, and his commentary and expert viewpoint has appeared in all the industry’s leading trade publications. He has also guest lectured at leading colleges and universities and is a regular speaker at local schools. Mr. Colavito has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is both a NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installation Professional and an Association of Energy Engineers Certified Renewable Energy Professional.
Lucas Beslow, Solutions Engineer, Energy Storage, Anza
Lucas Beslow, PhD is Anza’s Solutions Engineer and is based out of San Diego, CA. Lucas helps customers understand Anza’s products and services, while also providing insights into the broader BESS marketplace to guide smart, data-driven development and procurement decisions. Lucas holds a PhD in Energy Systems from the University of California, Davis, with expertise in battery degradation modeling and 4+ years of engineering consulting experience.
Josh Bussgang, Product Marketing Manager, Anza
Josh Bussgang is a Product Marketing Manager at Anza, where he helps bridge the gap between product development and sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Prior to joining Anza, Josh worked at Borrego, focusing on value engineering for optimizing project costs.
