Josh Bussgang – Product Marketing Manager, Anza

Josh Bussgang is a Product Marketing Manager at Anza, where he helps bridge the gap between product development and sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Prior to joining Anza, Josh worked at Borrego, focusing on value engineering for optimizing project costs.

Stefan Bazelmans – Lead Solutions Engineer, PV, Anza

Stefan Bazelmans brings over 14 years of experience in photovoltaic system engineering and design, with a strong foundation in balance-of-system (BOS) analysis and optimization. His career spans roles at Nexamp and Borrego, where he developed expertise in technical design, system performance modeling, and comparative analysis for complex PV projects. At Anza, Stefan leverages his engineering background and data-driven approach to guide customers in making informed module procurement decisions, optimizing performance, cost, and long-term value.

Jon Christensen – Solutions Engineer, Solar, Anza

Jon has been in the solar industry since 2007, gaining experience from many MW’s of residential, commercial, and utility projects. His previous experience in physics and tech have driven him toward system optimization and automation. Jon meets with clients to discuss technical, cost, and performance characteristics of modules to arrive at the optimal solution. Jon is also the voice of Anza – you may have heard him on social media narrating an Anza video.
